9:00 AM - 3:00 PM      Sessions, Luncheon & Speakers' Panel / Audience Question & Answer (Basic Registration @$50 Required)

6:30 PM - 10:00 PM    Optional Post Conference Dinner (Registration with Windup Dinner @100 total per person Required

THE CORNEAL DYSTROPHY FOUNDATION



The Corneal Dystrophy Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) IRS approved Nonprofit Charitable organization founded to provide patients and the public with information and education about corneal dystrophies, potentially blinding genetic disabilities.

The Foundation provides literature, websites, online support groups and DVDs on the subject.  Our support groups current have about 3000 active member who exchange information about their particular disability.
